As you probably know twitter is the most effective marketing platform (well officially social network platform) at the moment. The best way to get traffic from twitter is to get retweeted. I have built a solution to get retweeted easier

A retweet exchange service: reTweet.it - twitter retweet exchange

Joining is free. You get credits to retweet others and you can use your credits to get retweeted.

You can also buy credits:
- 50 credits (equals to 50 retweets) $5
- 100 credits (equals to 100 retweets) $10
- 300 credits (equals to 300 retweets) $25

reTweet.it - twitter retweet exchange

@email_leads yes you are right. thats why I made the service which is actually very effective

So the retweeters earn credits - can they pull those out for $ or just "spend" by submitting their own tweets?

@Avalanche. at the moment they can just spend credits on get their links retweeted. maybe in the future I will add a feature to convert credits to cash

thnx - don't hurry on that, b/c I just see that as an opportunity for a bunch of crappy arbitrage that would waste my $. If I'm wrong on that assessment, someone correct me

Can you show me an example of a tweet that was actually re-tweeted more than a few times? I searched for the ones on your page via twitter search and couldn't find any with more than 10 re-tweets...

I've used be-a-magpie.com in the past with okay results... you're definitely cheaper, but I don't see it working for anyone yet.

I tried retweet.it and bought 50 credits. So far I've received about 40 re-tweets (in like three days I think). The traffic was minimal (less than 5 visitors)... I think the problem right now is the site is a giant marketing circle-jerk and the majority of the re-tweets come from spam accounts that someone has set up. The site says you need 50 followers to participate, but most of the people re-tweeting my message have less than 10 (some have zero).

Just looks at the spam accounts that used up my credits:

Queen Downs (Dominique_PXkZ1) on Twitter
Edith Thompson (Abbey_80eg) on Twitter
Ofelia Buckley (Earl_8d8uRT) on Twitter
Nicole Cabrera (Colton_aXh0JA) on Twitter
Mai Nguyen (Nadia_69ag) on Twitter
Lesley Bullock (Heidi8qUV8J) on Twitter
...and the list goes on for most of the 40 re-tweets.

Until lepunk cleans the site up and enforces the 50 friend limit (it should be even higher), it's a waste of money.
