This. If your sites are broken down by niche, I'd be willing to consider testing some stuff at these rates.
We've got some sites that health content fits nicely into but not many sites specifically dedicated to the topic yet. Its an area we are currently working on expanding but with google having just done a PR update yesterday we likely wont have any all-health-specific sites that have a high visible toolbar pagerank for some months yet (basically we'll be stuck waiting on the next update just like everyone else. I suppose I could get around this by buying dropped domains but Im generally against doing that as I think "if I were google I could footprint dropped domain stuff fairly easily". Call me paranoid.
Ordered 10 posts a couple weeks ago. They are certainly quality--probably the best looking blog posts offered here. Would definitely pass a manual review. Price is obviously high, but you do get great quality for that. A great thing to complement some of the more "not quality" link building.

We've done campaigns for over 60 people already and as you can see from the reviews we've quoted or by looking through our previous threads, the quality of our sites and content is top notch. We realize that this may scare off some buyers but to protect the security of our network we will not be showing our sites to any non-buyers any longer. Hopefully you all understand and appreciate this. Cheers.
