I doubt if you will see anybody offering a pyramid backlink service from both edu/gov and high pr on the forum either.

edu gov means .edu and .gov not .edu.xx or .gov.xx , second question , Link place on PR4-7 pages or not? Third and last question, Any discount for first few buyers?
