Content is "Unique" but either spun heavily, or otherwise nearly unreadable. It's hard to determine whether they had someone who has no concept of the English language write them or spun from a scraped article.
Domain authority ranges from DA 9 to 22 with the median being about 15. This means that several are likely to drop from PR 3-4 to PR0-1.
I would not suggest this service for your tier 1 sites, but as intermediary links, they would be ok.
As for price, the pricing is OK because you'd be avoiding public networks and utilizing only this guy's network.
I will not be using this in the future for any other projects.

This express network article is written by writer who familiar with English, however definitely the standard cannot compare with fluent English speaker, at least the price would not be the same. Judging from domain profile, we have checked domains have a few reputable site linking to them, and the link is still remain active, so overall this is not a big problem. As for the speed of service, we have stated it takes around 7 days, and I believe it's within time frame.
