I seen they have to call and verify your credit card payment and just wanted to know if they wait to list your website until after you verify the card over the phone.

7search.com - does your site only show up in searches AFTER they call you?

My site did not get any results until after they had called to confirm. Same with searchfeed, except they have the added step of approving any ads you put with your site. Both of them called the next business day as well, and if you're really eager I believe you can call them to confirm.

They just ask you questions about your cc number, address etc etc. Takes a few minutes. They must have had some serious problems with fraud in the past
