7search question - "Est. Cost of Position #1"

I haven't signed up for 7search yet, but I was just looking at their keyword suggestion tool... If I choose "Show estimated cost" in the drop-down list on the left, one of the columns in the results is titled "Est. Cost of Position #1".

What exactly does this mean? Is it an estimate of the monthly cost based on their guess of the CTR on the searches?
 


i think thats just for the 7search system... not where you will land on a SE (which you can view in the smart bid system window).

Pretty stupid imo, I'd rather be priced in the SE w/ the highest % search rate for my keyword (with a cap of course)
