8k exact match in UK for a .com

What do you guys think about an 8k exact match in UK for a .com (nice CPC). I'll be picking it up off the expiring list from same register, so age should transfer.

Have not tried ranking for other countries yet and not sure how easy or hard it would be.

Any advice would be great.
 


Is all the traffic coming from the UK? If it is make sure you select the country you are targetting in google webmaster tools, that way it should act as if it is a .co.uk and get the localization bump.

I'll just add it to my adsense sites and automate with original:rolleyes: content. Just wanted to make sure it actually had a shot of making it to the top 5 because of the .com versus the com.uk.

Yes WRC, 90% coming from UK 8k exact 35k phrase 58k broad is usually fine for my normal adsense sites as the exact matches over here in the US are really easy to hit #1 in the niches I choose.
 
I can tell you this. I have a few decent type in uk domains, single.co.uk, paintings.co.uk, salon.co.uk and they do get a decent amount of type in traffic. I haven't had the time to build content for them but I assume if I did they would have decent PR and I could make a small monthly sum from them. But for now they are simply domain parked at sedo and i get a small monthly pittance
 
Once a domain expires so does its age. Sounds like a good domain though and never had a problem with different internation search engines if it's ranking on Google.com.
