I have a couple green key words with their related words FOR SALE.

So for purchase today:

1 niche keyword phrase (2 words) for creating a niche site.
4 related (cousin) keywords for links and acquiring relatd traffic.

there's a formula i use with the google keyword search tool that tells me the potential of each website per month. To acquire these earnings you need to rank 1st for the keyword phrase and create liks obvisouly. (the more links the better)

I checked the 1st 4 sites of your competition and the highest PR is PR3, which can be beat. I don't recommend creating websites where the competition is PR5 or higher, its harder to rank 1st.

You get paid by adding Google ad sense to your account. So all the companies that are related to THIS keyword phrase will pay GOOGLE to advertise. you put those ads on your site and GOOGLE PAYS YOU.

i dont know what search or database you have or use for a buck.
but i use a specfic formula with google keyword tool to see a websites potential. than i check to see if its even possible to rank. i hand pick these words and spend hours to come up with a half decent valuable word or phrase. this is a good one. so...wtf
