I've been using Coppermine for a while now, and while it is very powerful and has tons of options, I also find it to be too bloated and hard to edit for my needs. I am looking for something a little more light weight - something where I can open up the source files and edit stuff around (Coppermine's php files are...let's just say convoluted) and easily make changes. However, I still want it to be robust enough to automatically create thumbnails and whatnot. I've looked around but other than Coppermine and Gallery, which are both too bloated, the only other options that I find are too featureless. Any ideas?
