Hey guys it's Vito from CPATank.
Nobody is owed money. One guy GrowClicks aka Clickbunch started a RipOff report after I sent him a fraud report for a bunch of leads which got charged back, and based on the report and how nuts this guy is going over $10K when he claims to do such huge numbers, I'm assuming the advertiser isn't lying.
Any affiliates that are owed less than $499 I wrote to already and said once I get Tank stable again, which has been going ok since we started taking traffic last week, I would make it a priority to reapprove their accounts so they could hit the $500 thresh hold and get their payments. I'm not trying to run with anybody's little payments, but I'm not making any exceptions right now and paying anybody under the thresh holds. When they hit the thresh hold they will get their payment just like everybody else.
In regards to reapplying for CPATank, it specifically says we need to know what type of offers an affiliate is looking for; not the exact offer. We will have a lot of offers up for affiliates to use once they are approved, but this is just to make sure that we can approve the right affiliates that are the best match for Tank. Anyways, if you already have an established history with us, this doesn't make a difference anyways because I should already have a record of what type of offers you run and where you run them.
Finally, we all know who owes me that money. Honestly I have already written it off, and it really has not affected my business regardless of what you want to believe. It's a shit load of money, yes. I have been pretty quiet about it in hopes that they were having some legitimate issue and that it was going to get resolved. I have paid a lot of money to have attorneys and forensic accountants conduct a pretty thorough investigation and come up with some real proof that I can share with the community instead of making pointless claims. I am not going to say anything else about this subject until I have all the evidence in order; but I assure you I have never owed anybody any money, I would never be stupid enough to put all my eggs in one basket, and I have more than enough financial resources, loyal employees, advertiser relationships and energy to move forward and hopefully serve affiliates and advertisers for many more years to come.
Also, Jeffrey, I will see you on the court on Sunday but prepare to get rocked because I practiced one time 3 years ago.

Guido, err Vito, I too will be on the court Sunday and for a minor pay bump, say from $42 to $45, I'll trip Jeffrey and hold him down while your team plays Barry Bonds with his distended colon. If a paybump is unworkable, I'll take a well drawn picture of a Liger, my favorite animal.
