I was just wondering if anyone knew how long it takes for adwords to browse through your landing page again ? I usually get to bid low at the start but then change things around the landing page so its more optimized but the bid never changes. Anyone know how long it usually takes? Maybe im just not optimizing it right.

Thanks

Darwix,

From what I've seen, Google will do periodic checks of your
destination URL's.

However, if you want to "force" the bot to visit your lander,
your best bet is to make a small change to your ad. After
you make the change to your ad, the bot should visit your
lander within a few hours (up to 48 hours for the Content
Network).

It's not the best solution, but has always worked for me.

By the way, I can only speak about my experience in the
U.S.

Darwix,

What I always do, and what seems to work is make sure to add an xml sitemap to your landing page. Do this even if you only have one page.
You can generate one here Create your Google Sitemap Online - XML Sitemaps

Build it, link to it at the footer of your page, then submit it to Google using their webmaster services.

If you want the bot to revisit your page, add a page (article, privacy policy, etc), rebuild the sitemap and resubmit to Google. Let me know how it works for you.
