Here is the deal. I own an Internet Marketing Company and would like to get more clients. We offer some very affordable Monthly SEO, Social Media and Combination SEO/SMM Packages. I want to partner with someone who would resell these plans on their website at a price which ensures you get a cut. For instance, my Economy SEO Monthly plan is $100, so you can resell for $150. It is best if you receive payments from clients to ensure that I am not in a position to rip you off.

Lol we accept money from clients and so we are on the hook if they have questions, or are not happy with your service, or decide they want their money back? And if we want to really protect ourselves then we have to incorporate? And we still have to shell out most of the money to you? And we don't own the customer?

I get your point. The reason I wanted to do it this way instead of giving a commission, is because our services are already lowly priced so giving a cut out of that again will be difficult. If there is a way where I would be responsible to the client instead of you but not commission based, I would be happy to go that way instead.

Having read the original post, and the follows up posts, I have a question. Rankx, if you wish to employ, albeit on commission, or bottom line charge, are you aiming to contract with writers who have a similar abililty to you?
If so you will not survive, FOR VERY LONG, in the SEO market place.
One cannot 'lowly price' a service or product. You can offer a lower price than a competitor, one is able t offer a LOWER price, so low that it is almost unbeatable, but the term 'lowly priced' makes no sense whatsoever given the context.

One can be be of 'humble or lowly beginnings'.

Also, subcontracting into your system, which is what you require, begs the question, where ar your guarantees?

Ok two things raised here. I really don't think semantics matters that much. Whether I said "lowly priced" or just low price doesn't matter. I just want to explain the concept of what I am doing. As we grow and become more reputable, I shall decide how the prices can be adjusted but I'm not going to think about it at this point. When it comes to guarentees, but team is made up of very capable individuals with experience and good reviews. Experienced members here might even know a few of them because they had very successful threads here. In SEO, it is risky to give guarentees because many factors affect rankings. Someone might purchase a package which works wonders for them, while someone else orders that same package and it only has a minimal effect. That is why on my site, clients must agree to the conditions that once we have done the stated work, in the manner described, we cannot be held responsible if the effect is not as expected. But I have much confidence in my team and our services.

Your use of the singular, in all of the text denotes that, although you refer to ‘my team’, you are no more than a dictator.
Just count how many times you used the subjective personal pronoun! When you learn to write, correct English, you may, just may, be able to write a very basic SEO article. I doubt it, but one lives in hope!
