Skinny Jeans and the "Sagging-Off-The-Ass-Pants-Like-A-Gay-Rapper Style" are both equally gay. Not from a gay = not cool standpoint, but literally homosexual gay. Both trends started in the gay community and it's funny how many supposed straight guys rock gay styles. Maybe some chicks dig the guys that show their feminine side I guess but it doesn't make it any less gay.

Just for clarification, the sagging pants got started in prison as belts are not allowed in prison systems. This in turn got turned into a sort of "homosexual" trend within the prison system afterwards.
Belts are certainly allowed in prison, just not in jail (which is why they have elastic scrub-like pants in most county jails). The sagging pants did start in prison, but it was only the gays that wear the pants off the ass as a signal that they like it in the poop shoot. Straight people either wear the right size pants, or wear or belt. Or both.
