Like I said, you've bought into the propaganda. You believe the lie that fetuses somehow become 'individuals' only after birth. Only a moron could actually believe shit like that. As if the mere ejection from the womb magically bestows 'individualness' upon it, complete with the right not to get murdered.
What magic? Oh, I see you, you're still in the 16th century, and believe science to be magical.
FACT[u/] of the matter is that a functioning mind is not physically possible until at least week 30 of gestation, and there's some debate about that date as well... As being an individual requires a functioning mind, then it's not scientifically possible until this point at a minimum.
I could give a fuck about convincing you.
So then why are you arguing with me?
This drivel only convinces me how much more moronic you are. Locke's inherent rights weren't time-dependent; it's time you realized that.
And this last point proves you're the moron. John Locke's "inherent rights" relate to property primarily, and secondly, considering that the fetus can't even have a life of its own until such time as 26 weeks when its lungs can perform gas exchange, then you're not depriving it of its own life if it's aborted before hand... one of the reasons that abortion limits are set at the second trimester.

And before you say anything about mental "gyration" or "acrobatics" or some other bullshit term, there's none of that going on in my argument. I have presented facts, and then the logical arguments that stem from those facts based around what is known in the scientific and medical communities.
Abortion limitation is set at 24-26 weeks because of what is scientifically known about prenatal development.
FACT: It's not the fetus'/baby's life until at least week 24. It's just a parasite, in the technical sense of the term, until then.
FACT: It's not capable of being an individual, because it's not capable of forming thought or processing sensory input, until at least week 30.

You are spouting gibberish that's based on your emotional insistence that humans are somehow superior and more deserving than other animals... A point you are still to clarify and backup, even after asking you to do so three times now.
