Man, I agree with all your stuff except James Martell. Well, I don't know about his website actually, but he's a buddy of mine and actually a helluva guy. Okay, yes, he's an ebook pusher, but truthfully the guy knows his shit and knows how to party too. I got hammered with him and his wife @ a ShareASale party a couple years back. Good times.
