Ad Network for proxified pages.

Okay, so I'm dipping my fingers in the proxy network game. I've got a proxy with adsense on the main page, and then I have adversal on the proxified pages. I was looking for suggestions on a CPM network to show banners right below the header bar.

I've never used any networks before so I was curious of what you all thought of the ones you used. Or which are good for proxies.

I'm glad you shared that with me. If I hadn't read that forum I would have been in a world of problems I didn't even think off. I totally forgot bout hot linking/robots.txt
