I want to sign up there but cannot reach anybody anyhow at this network.
I'm tyring to call them 24/7, trying to skype them, trying everything, they just won't reply/answer.

Seems like they are just dead, are they bancrupt as well or what?

I also tried to reach some of the AMs directly, no chance here as well.

One of my friends has an (inactive) account there and even he has the same issues..

The approval process with networks is quite a bit different than supporting current affiliates. A4D always does a great job supporting their current affiliates and thats the way it should be. You want your staff putting all their priorities on helping the accounts they have and putting the new applicants as a second priority. A network can easily get a 100+ new apps a day. Nearly all of those apps instantly start spamming every company contact they can find to get rushed in. No matter how big your staff is responding to every app expedite request as they come in can easily eat up the entirety of your workforce and none of your affiliates get the help they need. What would you rather have a quick approval or a quick response when you need a campaign?

So eating up even more of jason's time by making negative threads about not getting approved quickly probably isn't going to help yourself or anyone else.
