Adsense Payment and Terms Questions

Hi Guys and Gals,

I am spending about $300 a day on arbitrage and could easily spend more BUT I'm kinda concerned that adsense may not pay me. Was hoping to get some feedback from forum members and any past experiences.

Here is a screenshot of my site. Any place you see the City/State it is automatically inserted (url, title, ad text) is this allowed?

Is my site ok in the eyes of adsense? If they don't like the site would they give me a warning first? Would they ever hold payments base on this site?

And since I am asking for your help, here is something I have had success with...the Canadian Market for arbitrage. Here is the return on one of my campaigns Canadian Auto Insurance:

Impressions 861 (10 cents a click)
Clicks 140
CTR 16.26%
Earnings $155.67

Hey Sniper,

Have you received payment from them in the past? From what I've heard here, Adsense will take a closer look at your site before they send you your first payment.

I know it's better to create arbi pages with no leaks but I've made sure to at least have a site navigation in the footer of my pages that consists of a Home, About Us and Privacy Policy link. I do this in order to stay within Adsense's website guidelines. I'd rather be safe than sorry.

I've ran a few tests using crazyegg.com and nobody clicks on the footer nav links so it didn't hurt to add them.
