Adsense Violation Issues

Almost every forum i visit and anywhere I look I see something about these Adsense violations and how these people are abusing adsense with their domains.

I don't think Google really cares.

Here's why:

It appears they almost want this type of stuff to happen because it results in clicks and clicks = money for them.
