Anyone from London/Soho area been there and know how strictly the age rule is enforced? I'll be 18 at the time, and have ID to prove that. That age restriction wasn't listed on their website, it was some external one.

Don't worry I've been to this bar a few times and they never ask anyone for ID.

Unless they have been told specifically for that night to check everyones ID (which I doubt) you should be fine. As I said I've been to that bar a good few times and I have never noticed them asking anyone for ID. All depends on how young you look I guess.
