I'd be curious to see how this service works out after Google's targeted "content farm" (article directory) changes. I think the package looks good, but would personally rather see Tier 1 as Web 2.0s or High Quality Wikis based on what has happened to most article directories. Just MO.
 
I have not experienced any negative effects due to the top tier consisting solely of article directories.

After all these packages are aiming to get your page ranked, if the article pags become ranked that's simply a bonus.

Fair enough, and good point. I've just seen some of the article directory links not pack as much punch as prior to the algo change. PM sent ref. order. I'm gonna try it on a domain that has had nothing done in months.
