Advertising on Facebook Apps

Does anyone know how to directly advertise on a Facebook App other than a) going through Facebook selfserve (you can't choose which app you advertise on), b) trying to contact the app developer directly (they rarely answer) or c) Google adwords (not very good for CPM advertising).

Is there any advertising network that specializes in Facebook Apps where you can advertise CPM and choose which app you advertise on?

Adblade is a blind network of sites including facebook app traffic but you can't opt-in to choose your targetting. Cubics converts poorly, never tried the other two.

Thanks man. Tried Adapt.ly but they say the beta code has expired.
 
Still paying 80c a click even though my CTR is 0.137% Need to be paying like 20 cents lol. When should I lower bids?
 
Don't know when mod's are going to ban spammers like this.

What is your bid set at?

Whatever Facebook are quoting as price range bid half of the min bid and move SLOWLY upwards over time. Bare in mind that you wont be paying this bid, as your CTR will determine your actual price.
