Don't use phishing or other scamming tactics.

Advertising is not permitted for sites collecting sensitive personal information or money with fake forms, false claims, or unauthorized use of Google Trademarks. Examples of personal information include email addresses, user names, passwords, and/or payment information. In addition, advertising is not permitted for 'run your car on water' programs or content.

Has this always been there, or have they recently added it?

The funniest part about the run your car on water thing is that it actually does work. LOL... verified on multiple vehicles personally...

The only scam was the main clickbank ebooks like "water4gas" which used a wire electrolyzer which produced next to no HHO gas. Others followed suit and this lead to many people seeing little to no results.

There are other plate stack electrolyzers that actually produce enough hho gas to produce significant results (40%ish) but certainly not like some people advertise. (QUADROUPLE YOUR MPG!~!!11one)

That's one of the downsides of people who scam I suppose... they mess it up for everyone else. Ah well.
 
^^ lol, you're joking right? there is no way to run your car on water without some other form of energy like electricity or some kind of fuel.

+ the way they were advertising it was as if you could just fill your tank with water and run your car instead, which is retarded.

you have to rewire your car and add a few basics parts, but, yes, you can run almost any car as a water/gas hybrid. the water and gas never mix though.
