An ambitious bright coder might be able to make serious bank wrting a script that finds illegal vids and selling it to the music companies, etc. Automate a custom C&D letter saved to a folder and voila.

it is actually pretty hard finding bob dylan songs on youtube that aren't covers (for more obscure songs) in the US. it's easy getting torrents/rapidshares obviously.
Might do, I torrent most of my music though, so don't use youtube that much for music. Especially with Vevo and their bullshit.

They do have reviewers for adwords don't they? Imagine the number of advertisers they have who split test like thousands of ads in a single campaign?
