adword's keyword rating vs wordtrackers?

Hey all,

i'm very new to adwords and was browsing through the process of setting an adwords ad. i put all my high kei and search volume keywords into the adwords keywords box, and clicked the estimate link. pretty much all but 3 keyword phrases ranked something like "not enough data to estimate", or along those lines. But at the same time those same keyword phrases ranked amazingly high on wordtracker. I know i'm really new to this, but isnt the keywords for adwords the target search terms in which my adwords ad will show up for in google? how come the rank in adwords differs from wordtracker so much??
