AdWords QS question

If a page gets a low QS because of low CTR, can you just make a new page and copy the ad group?
Will the whole domain eventually get slapped, or could your Adwords account even get banned?

Quite common for a domain to be slapped, typically placing the campaign on a new domain will ease the problem. But, there are times also when the whole account becomes slapped, including domains. So then you must open a new account.

Ad Groups, Campaigns, and even whole accounts can get slapped too. Ask the Acai guys.

How do you determine a domain/account/adgroup/campaign is slapped?

Also , is it true that google many times will only slap a subdomain if it's set for the ad?

No matter what you do the quality score doesn't change, or your campaign can't get any impressions.

Never heard of that.
