click on RUN
type CMD
type "format c:\ /y"
press ENTER

Files merged.

Depends a little on how much from the campaign you want brought into the adgroup.

In any case - a lot of stuff is possible if you use the AdWords Editor in combination with Excel. You can export/import and manipulate your campaigns and adgroups as if they were plain old .csv files and get what you need that way.

If you use AE it's easy...

- Goto the Campaign you want to move the AdGroup from -> Click Adgroups tab -> Select the AdGroup you're wanting to view -> Right Click -> Cut
- Goto the Campaign you wanted to move the adgroup to -> Click Adgroup tab -> Right Click on blank area -> Paste.
