Affiliate + Adsense or Affiliate alone

I have a small niche site that does about $30 a day in affiliate sales. I was wondering if adding Adsense would make sense for me or not.

Do you normally combine Affiliate and Adsense, or do you feel that Adsense may reduce the amount of sales?

I'm not getting any answers to my questions. Am I asking stupid questions or what's going on? Other people in this forum are receiving responses. Please educate me, if I'm doing something wrong.

you want to focus your clicks on the affiliate offer, so having adsense would draw clicks away making it pointless.

unless adsense paid more (which you can test)

The problem is that you are saying you have a piece of string and you are asking if your string is long enough to tie around a bag.

Keep the string in your pocket and don't worry about the bag yet. (i.e. probably isn't worth junking up your page for an extra $0.23 a month)

Are you seriously doing $30/day? What kind of traffic are you doing/CTR?

Have to agree with everyone else here - AdSense is just going to take away potential clicks and will only give you pennies in return.

I will admit that I do the opposite, but my site is 1 month old and I haven't made a single CB sale - I do get a little bit of $ from AdSense, which sort of justifies it. Might switch over to just CB once I get better traffic.

stick with CB unless you are getting over 2,000 views a day, adsense will just make some of your visitors click 20 cents links which will halve your CB sales or worse. surely with small niche sites there is only going to be one click so $30 a day sounds good. better to look at other high paying offers than shitty 20 cents clicks unless there is massive traffic.

Your site is making what part-time minimum wage employees make in a day. That's not really bad considering it's just some website.

Instead of putting adsense and allowing your site to really lose credibility you should clone your success and apply your methods on another site & niche.
