They know it even without looking at the thread. Girls know more than what you think they do and some use this knowledge wisely, especially in AM...
This kind of reminds me of a day a few years back when me and my friend were walking in Chicago, talking in Russian and discussing a nice butt and the acts we would do to it of a hot chick walking a few steps in front of us, when suddenly she turns around and replies in Russian, saying that she would appreciate if we would save our interesting conversation for later. Didn't expect her to be Russian and it was kind of awkward, both of us instantly lost the speech.
I am pretty sure these AMs are lurking around the thread and can probably figure out which of the pubs you all are. Would be interesting to see some replies from them, even though girls like to play these little games pretending...
This thread is started every few months and inevitably someone posts something stupid, the network contacts Jon and the thread is deleted.

The way Eleah flirts with me is more special, more intense, and incomparably more authentic than the way she flirts with all of you. Okay?
Ok, it works like this:
1. Being an AM is essentially a channel sales job.
2. Being a good looking girl = lots of attention (even as kids - look up "The Beauty Bias" for more info).
3. Lots of attention = confident + learn how to get people (especially men) to do what you want.
4. confident and can get people to do what you want = very useful in sales.
Any sales role where men are a major buyer or channel partner (IT, Medical Sales, Recruitment) has a lot of hot women in it. That's not to say they're not also very skilled at their jobs. It's just they have that added edge which only comes with lucky genes and a double X chromosome.
And yes... they are flirting with you. But only because they've learned from an early age that it's a highly effective strategy to get their way.

This is true...when i went to Adtech i was surprised how many hot women were at the event. There were so many hotties walking around wearing high heels, short office dresses, and blouses showing cleavage. All knew how to speak and most of all how to work themselves
Eleah slipped a roofy in my drink at ASW and took advantage of me, it's pretty obvious she has deep feelings for me. Also I'm going to put this out in public before she makes a Facebook status about it she's having my boy and is already 2 months in!

When I used to go to IT tradeshows, they were all over the place. Gotta be honest, I found it a bit demeaning.
That's not to say I object to blatant displays of female loveliness, just that in that case I'm there for business, not for eye candy.
Smart girls who know how show off a little bit, but not blatantly, are far sexier anyhow.
