Setting rules like "terminating the account if they cannot give you a certain number of sales within a certain number of days" will turn off a lot of affiliates. You will have a hard time finding affiliates if you set a rule like this.
Next, how much experience do you have doing affiliate marketing? You may know that it does take time for your affiliate to put links out there and for those links to get click backs and turn into sales. I think you want affiliates who can make you sales quickly. I'm letting you know now that some of the BEST affiliates won't give you a sale in the first month of so, but they can give you continuous sales over time, and this is really what you should be aiming for.
Finally, have you considered recruiting affiliates elsewhere? Outside of this forum? You can post your programme in an affiliate directory, which is where plenty of affiliates go to look for new products to promote. Alternatively, you can look for an affiliate recruitment agency and they can recruit affiliates for you. But again, don't expect to get rich overnight or in 10 days time.
