Afraid of confrontation?

i gotta say that's one of the stranger things i've ever heard. who the fuck gets nervous talking to their apartment manager? grow some balls...

The more you do it, the easier it will become. Confrontation isn't easy because it triggers the flight-or-fight response within your body. Some people get much more of the flight versus the fight part of that response. By exposing yourself to situations where that response is triggered and learning how to handle it, you'll get better at confronting people, holding strong opinions, and fighting back (both physically and verbally).

Some more boobs I stumbled across:

Didn't read but who is this chick with the diamonds of gold?

So what's the worst thing you're subconscious is worried about happening if the situation doesn't go how you want it? That it escalates to violence? If so then take up boxing, thaiboxing or MMA.You'll have that worst case scenario more covered than before and asserting over guys will be as easy and low risk as chatting to girls.

First off, post more pics! You have great taste my friend.

Secondly, if you want to get used to dealing with confrontation, I recommend training in a combat art like Brazilian Jiujitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, or Judo.

It sounds strange, but it will work wonders for your confidence. I have seen people's lives transformed through rigorous training. I think the big problem in our society is that most people live in a bubble where they try to avoid confrontation - either physical or intellectual - at any costs.

When people first start training, it's hilarious to see how they react to rolling for the first time. Their heart rates skyrocket, their adrenaline surges... when you choke them out, they act like they are fighting for their lives.

It's because they are completely inexperienced dealing with confrontation.

After a while tho, you see people calm down, relax, and get comfortable with the situation. That's when they really improve. The cool thing is that the physical confidence, and the exposure to confrontation, translates into other areas of your life.

Since I started training, I've been way more relaxed, way less aggro, and much more confident in almost all of my interactions.

Anyway, that's what I would recommend trying first... not some drugs to alter yourself.
