The first girl in the vid speaks Norwegian 
and I believe most of them are college kids on holiday, not rent-a-bimbos. A lot of Scandinavians, ppl from the UK and central Europe go to party places or things like this in Spain, Italy, Greece, and other mediterranean islands. I can get roundtrip tickets to many of the places for like $100 from where I live.
Sort of the Euro version of U.S. college kids going to the US going to Cancun or Florida for spring break - except there is TONS more debauchery and nudity here

I'd also like to add, you absolutely have to do this kind of trip BEFORE Italian season(~August).
Go to somewhere like the Greek Islands during Scandinavian season and you'll be outnumbered by girls 3-1, go during Italian season and ratio is decent, but the beefcakes in speedos(with boners) kind of ruin it for everyone.
