The original source material for most of the wordplay and youtube "researchers" came from a Bill Cooper radio series done in the 1990's:

He got a lot of his source material from books on Paganism and occult rituals written from the late 1800's to the 1960's. The word play stuff is plain wrong; he doesn't take into account the way words were pronounced in ancient times is different from today, across all languages. Some of the other stuff was interesting when I originally heard it back in the 90's, when we didn't have youtube, and you had to turn the AM dial very slowly to pick it up.
I'd say it's still worth checking out if you're into that stuff. At the very least, you will be able to go on youtube and know who else has listened to it.
No, most of the material on the internet today, Cooper included, is riffed from the work of Jordan Maxwell, one of the most hardcore historians and researchers ever.
Cooper's meh but most of his so-called research, like many others - David Iche, Michael Tsarion, etc. - stems out of Jordan's work.
Cooper does an interview with that him in the series; nowadays, 'Maxwell' claims to have sexed with an ET, it doesn't do him any favors in getting people to check out his earlier stuff.
Agreed :/ Doesn't discount the man's contribution to human understanding either though.

OP, there's a great book called "Did Muhammed Exist?"[ame="http://www.amazon.com/Did-Muhammad-Exist-Inquiry-Obscure/dp/161017061X"]?[/ame] that shows how little evidence there is for the Islamic religion, not to mention its' creator. I highly recommend it.
