Almost a year without it

Taking 15mg of Ritalin daily (much weaker than Adderall) has nearly zero side effects, and is barely a significant dose.

When combined with an organized work schedule, the productivity gains are absolutely amazing; allowing for free time well above the norm.

Word..

~20mg daily over here. Which is a considerably small dose.. No side effects. ~1 year now.

Reading online though, and I have no idea how some people require 60mg-100mg+/daily of ritalin.

Seriously.

Adderall is useful if you're running out of time and a critical mission must be accomplished. Or you have serious ADD-- not im-a-lazy-fucking-prick-and-have-no-discipline-and-live-with-my-parents-still ADD.

But that's it. It's not worth screwing your body up. It's not worth the intense comedowns. Someone also thoughtfully pointed out that Adderall doesn't make you want to work on shit you don't want to work on, which is very true. I've taken it and spaced out looking at a wall for hours. Try it for fun because speed feels great, then fuck off and learn some discipline.

The comedowns are the worst part of the experience. Coming up, you're on a rocket shooting for the stars, but when that rocket comes spiraling downwards, you're falling into a neverending blackhole of suicidal depression, and there is nothing you can do about it but wait it out.

I used to take Adderall when I was young and naive.

Now, I cycle Noopept, Oxiracetam, R-Modaf, and a long list of other stuff that actually makes me sharper without any real side effects.

99.9% of inquiring minds are trying to fake their way into prescriptions to forgo having to learn what a work schedule and productivity mean. You on the other hand are a mature person taking calculated risks to optimize your free time. That's probably the most mature thing I've even ever read. How the fuck are you on the internet old man?

The goddamn point is, we can pump all of you 20 year olds full of uppers all day, but if you don't understand what the f' I'm saying you're just another idiot with a loud muffler on a piece of shit honda (and you live in a trailer park).

This cool 'so gay' icon seriously increases my submit CTR on this forum. I'm not gay though. I'm certainly not against gays either, in fact my brother is gay. Sometimes I think I'm gay, but I'm probably not. I'd prefer if I was though, how easy would that make life? (Should I stop talking oh wait I'm on fucking adderall and can't because I'm a huge idiot ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhPeriodHere)

The point is: taking large amounts of pharma-meth with zero ability to plan, coordinate, and execute will still yield little results.

As someone who's a developer / PM, I was able to execute my business objectives over a number of years, to the point where I have automated many of the tasks other businesses would require overhead for.

Over 10 years, this has allowed me to: cultivate a small talented team (about 8 people), focus on automation using a measured approach, offer real products that people purchase, and develop a solvent business with safety nets.

Again, not Donald Trump, but much farther along than I could have been. And happier.. with minimal health risk.

That makes sense for your situation, sounds like what you are doing is working out well.

What about someone that can plan, coordinate, but consistent execution is shaky at times?

Taking it, for some, helps to do everything in sequential order and have more patience.

I am close to getting it prescribed again.

When I was on it before, I was able to work extremely productively for 4-5 hours straight. I always had a to-do list made before-hand, and it lead to me being the most productive person I've ever been my entire life. I don't plan on using it forever, but just long enough to get everything I need completed.

Everyone's tolerance and proficiency is different.

I'm not sure what side effects everyone is concerned about with weaker stimulants such as Ritalin. These drugs have been used for more than 50 years and studied / peer-reviewed endlessly. When taken as a component of your overall lifestyle, there's really zero health concerns.

If you feel a significant "come down" then you're taking too much. If you're taking a quad-shot espresso to enhance the meds, or using it as a hangover pill, then of course you're abusing it.

Keep in mind this flushes out of your system within 24-48 hours, and at low to moderate dosage has no effect on your liver (at least, this is what my DRs have explained to me).

Good diet + moderate pharma use + organization = productivity and happiness.

Don't need it? Even better. But I personally think there is very little to lose and very much to gain.

Ahh, yeah I agree. I must have read your post wrong. I think using it while making sure you are well organized (instead of just taking it and hoping you come up with things to do) makes a ton of sense.

JahRule... details on the stack?

::emp::

1600 mg piractem 3 times daily
200 mg alpha gpc
200mg l-theanine with every cup of coffee
500 mg rhodiola
500 mg bacopa
300 mg st johns wort 3 times daily

I also take melatonin/huperzine A before bed for insane dreams and better sleep.

If you've never fucked around with noots before it's a good idea to start off with only one or 2 to see which ones work for you and which ones are shit for you

Do you have good place to get piractem? I've been looking around and it seems like all the amazon product links have been removed lately.

He showed how he did the block of ice one. It was normal temp inside, he swapped places with a double when they 're-iced' it, and the foggyness of the ice made you not be able to tell the difference between his look alike. He was under the floor watching tv and eating snacks.

That was a tv special with a masked magician giving that as a scenario for doing a 7 day ice thing.

Blaine was supposedly attempting to do "only" 3 days and they took him out after about 2 and a half.

The floor down below him looks like a concrete sidewalk/entry-way on Times Square.

Be careful guys. Using drugs to be more productive is awesome but the trap of "I can't be productive without using" is sneaky and hard to escape from.

Also realize that you are not as fucking special as you think you are when you are high. You're intentionally screwing with you're perceptions.

Don't need it? Even better. But I personally think there is very little to lose and very much to gain.

For the ten percent of the population with addictive personalities there is literally everything to lose, for example, I'm battling addiction as we speak. For some it's minor issue. For others like myself it takes over your life and blinds you to any other goal besides using.

If you've never been an addict it's hard to understand, the closest comparison I can think of is food. When you fast or diet you don't think of food twenty four seven, but it's always there in the back of your mind. And oh shit do you get cravings.

I'm a libertarian so I don't believe in legislating your personal freedom. Just like a woman should be allowed to take birth control, an adult should be allowed to alter their consciousnes.

But for the ten percent whose brains are wired differently it's a very dangerous game.
