Some dramatic fools on here today....staying on topic, and agreeing that Jack3d isn't banned here is the states, I prefer C4 over Jack3d, noxplode, etc.
It's not banned. And it might not become banned in the future. This article basically states that the FDA overstepped their ground with the lame ass "warning letter" they sent to manufacturers about DMAA:
