Let's recap..

Here's the deal. If you're going to train someone to do a job, two aspects come into play...
One: You better damn well know how to do it like an expert. How the fuck can you be pissed at an employee when you have ZERO clue how to do the job you hired them for. If you fail in this category, fuck off as a business owner and, fuck off as en employee - you're fucked in both categories anyway.
Two: You diligently show the employee how to emulate your flawless process and they still suck and can't be left alone.
Guess what? This one is on you. If you hand-train an employee and they can't do your job as well as you can (appropriate time allowing for training), then you're training process is SHIT. It should take less time for a trainee to master your "guidelines" than it took you to learn and write it.
If you're still having this problem, stop hiring .10c/hour workers on odesk and expecting $22/hour results.
