what you do is send him the thing on a cd with a tracking number, then ask paypal for his credit card phone number so you can speak to them directly.
im actually trying to DO a chargeback for some shithead that i bought some bs from using digital delivery..my credit card company was like "he sent u the stuff..so that makes it impossible for a chargeback"

Escrow.com is the only way to go if the transaction involves more than a few hundred dollars.
