Dude what a joke video.

The very end watch him pop that soda bottle with his hands. TOTAL SCAM!!!

I used to do that in college with beer bottles. Make sure that you have just like 2/3 of the bottle full and smack it... the bottom will explode.

I'm sure his so called training are just tricks that were passed down to him.
