Opened paypal dispute.
Have not received my 22 articles of 1000 words each. Dispite twice saying that it would be completed in 24 hours, and the last communication was 5th July saying 4 articles left to complete, yet when I asked for time for delivery, I did not get a reply.
Will escalate claim in 24 hours if the 22 articles not delivered or money not refunded. (I don't want bad quality rushed articles either, there has been plenty of time to write them.)

Yes, indeed it would be alot if he did not do the work and decide to do it in 24 hours. You should read through the thread. Order was placed 15th June. Over a week ago, David said it will be delivered in 24 hours, and then a few days later, he repeated will be in another 24 hours. Last heard from him on 5th where he said he has 4 articles left to do. When I asked for turnaround time, he did not reply.
Yesterday received an email from David that i will get the articles in 4-5 hours.

Still not received articles, have raised dispute to a claim. I want a full refund now, I will not accept your articles if you do send them. All your excuses have left me to believe you have not done the work and if you do send articles, they are rushed ones.

I received 22 attachments which i still need to go through. I'm calling bullshit that you sent it 12 hours ago though. They are not in my spam folder, you sent me 2 emails today, one with attachments and the final one about 15 minutes later saying that you sent the articles. You also said in the final email that you saw my recent post, I made the post today!.
You have lied constantly about delivery times. In this thread you even said all our articles are completed on 4th July:
Then you email me with 24 hour delivery times, while saying there is 4 left to do. You even said you fell asleep proof reading as an excuse.
When I work with providers I want an honest business relationship. I steer clear of those who make dishonest excuses. If you really needed this amount of time to deliver the articles, say so, and I won't be pissed like this, but don't keep promising in 24 hours and not giving the buyer response for days.
I have already said that no matter if you send me the articles, I still want a full refund. What I'll do now is keep the claim as it is until I read all the articles to ensure quality. I could have been providing you with a stream of articles to do, week on week, but now i'll give the business to someone else.
My Review: I asked him to do 2 articles for me which he delivered within 24 hours, which is pretty fast. The quality was outstanding and the titles of these articles he chose were also good enough.
