Yea i know if had a choice where i can work google wouldnt be a bad place to work at...Also i would have been cool to start working there before the lanuch thier stock..Now a good % of the employees are rich from the IPO nice

Dude, are you kidding? When you buy stock, unless it's an IPO, secondary offering, etc. by the company, then the company doesn't benefit. You are buying it from another individual and has nothing to do with Google making more $.
