I'd like another fitness contest...

Anyone wanna get this together?

I ran the other ones at wfcompetition.com (which I let expire), the last 1 or 2 only had a couple people interested, just wasn't worth it. But I guess it's been awhile and perhaps people might be more interested this time around..

took that last picture to the right after running a 2 mile 14:18, fastest I've ran in a long ass time. my abs have always sucked though, never have had a good chance to hit them hard due to near constant lower back pain. I'd like to cut down to 185-190 in the coming months, maybe try another half marathon.
 
just weight loss? I could use the motivation to get back on track with my fitness program, but not trying to drop any weight.

Nah I'm looking to put on some muscle. Started running about 1.5 months ago, just finished a 5 km run in under 25 mins. Training for a 10 km race now (got a couple months). Feel good and shit, but could use more muscle mass.

How'd you get that reflective surface on your skin on the last pic?

I want that sheen.
 
Weight loss would be dumb, even though a lot of you are probably fat.

What if we do a % increase in your lifts/workouts. Like, who had the biggest % increase in:
1 mile run
Dead lift
Squat
Bench
Pull ups
Push ups
ect.

Those are off the top of my head and I would be down for O-lifts too (clean & jerk, snatch, ect) but I know not everyone does those.

We could have a winner for each work out and a total winner too.

Just a thought, im down for any other ideas.
