I dont understand why no one ever takes the "Yes i did it, get over it" approach. I think it would deflect alot of attention. Especially in the Tiger Woods case. If he would of just said 'Yes i cheated on my wife like every other professional athlete", i dont think it would have been nearly as big of a deal. Sure more people would have thought he was an asshole, but then again thats much better than what it turned out to be.

Alex Rodriguez essentially did this after his divorce with his wife, and he now has the tabloids and high school kids all over the place thinking hes the biggest pimp in sports.

He probably can. He didn't sleep with anyone, heck didn't even touch anyone. What he did was tantamount to flirting. It's kinda scummy because he's married and a public figure, but at least he didn't fuck the help (yet).
