you don't live there to get the tax breaks as an IBC..
Live where you want, just incorporate your company there, rent a small desk office space as "address" for company, and reap the benefits.. another benefit is you don't have to prepare any accounts either.

I live in the UK, and am seriously considering my next venture to be like this due to the tax and vat I pay, sick of it. I'll keep my bread and butter business here, but use the "newco" as a place for all other activity. I'll get a business card so I can draw on funds when needed, and bite the bullet on any tax, if and when, I ever have to move the funds back onshore, but at least I can budget for that happening in my own time.
I have regular contact with a domainer/drop catcher I do a bit of business with, he is incorporatd in Belize, travels the world constantly. He's in Thailand now, but is originally from Kent.
Google it, there's a ton of firms who will set you up with company and the address..
If it's anything like BVI, Panama, Gibraltar, etc. an address and a company representative are provided with incorporation and are covered in your annual fees. You don't need to rent anything.
All the better then! I was sure I read that there was a small rental fee needed for something like an address, must have been just the payment to the government. My bad.
edit.. just seen your in Spain.. I spend August out there every year, near Estepona. A nice month of working in the sun ha..
