Some answers:
1. Yes rates were increased. Several updates were recently made.
2. US is now up to $1.50 across all promotional tools, future tools will have different payouts.
3. Torrents- Against TOS, hence no payment. Plenty of creative ways to do this without torrents and make great cash.
4. FLV - has been converting, don't know a similar offer. CT has been converting well and similar to mywebtatoo from globalizer. Of course there is always room for improvement.
5. Bundling .exe's with torrents, yes. I was a victim even. When I was first hired at my last job (1.5yrs) I crashed my new PC twice trying to put on Trillian Pro from bittorrent, kind of embarrassing. "I just installed Trillian"..
6. Custom bundles- very possible for legitimate marketing techniques or applications. Would need volume and a significant test. The gateway option can also be used very creatively as well for hosted content.
