Any experience with Profit Kings Media?

PKMN is a swag jacker - he copies my emails. He copies how I talk. He copies my campaigns. The only difference between me and him is that I'm direct - and will pay more, quicker and help out more than he will.
I personally taught him affiliate marketing and he never made more than 200$/day, and I know that for a fact. (that's gross, by the way - not profit). Now he simply passes landing pages he gets from affiliate a to affiliate b. I'm the kid's friend - but he has pushed me over the edge one too many times and I'm just fed up with him.
He has caused nothing but headaches for me, and quite simply - I don't like him. He uses my name for false credibility with affiliates and advertisers. And my real question is - why the FUCK did this thread get bumped again. Can some mod close this?

He contacted me to drum up some business and the first thing I said is I dont want a network to broker another network. If I wanted it that way, I would do it myself which is exactly what we did and then he proceeded to AIM me that "it was a dirty move".
If thats a dirty move in this industry, he's got a lot to learn. Eagle has pretty much summed it up that a thread full of turmoil has been getting bumped so it's now closed.
