Any network offer self optimizing rotating CPA banner?

I think azoogle had something like that but I can't find anything on their site..

It would be used as a replacement for some of my CPM banners. I would like the service to ofcourse show ads that convert better more. Anything like that on the market?

Pretty sure it was just text ads. Not sure if it ever went live. I beta'd it for a while though. Results weren't anything special.
