Any Recommendation for a Kick Ass Designer

Hey Guys,

We are in pretty desperate need of a Wordpress theme designer at the moment. If we cant find a theme designer we'll settle for a graphic designer who can design pages that can be easily converted to Wordpress themes.

We have a few projects coming up for local businesses and we want to start using Wordpress instead of custom solutions.

The designer should be someone classy an fairly skillful. We need professional looking websites. They dont have to be the cheapest but we are looking for someone who delivers high quality at a reasonable price and can turn over projects in 7 - 10 days.

Would love some recommendations from some members.

The two best people I've worked with are TylerL (aka MonsterLP) and Sarah (TheSilentPen), I've converted a crapload of stuff from Tyler and others (over 350+ PSD to xhtml/wp to date) to xHTML and Wordpress.

The problem is, getting ahold of Tyler (I think he's concentrating more on the affiliate side of things now), but shouldn't have a problem getting ahold of Sarah.
 
How much are you looking to spend? I just had a team put together a page for a corp client for $1,295 that's as good a page as I've seen. Spendy though....

I'm very competent in designing WordPress themes, either from scratch, or converting from html/css or original PSD/image files.

I have plenty of examples I can show, and testimonial contacts.
