Any Stimulant-Free Gay Webmasters Here?

Has anyone ever OD'ed on caffeine? I accidentally took some No-Doz pills (irrelevant as to why) and washed it down with coffee. What an epic disaster.
We had a coffee machine at this lodge I cooked at. The coffee came in a syrup form, mixed 20:1 with water. On a dare, I drank a straight cup of the syrup.

Stayed awake for 2 days pacing around outside in the dark talking to myself. Horrible cramps and shakes too.

That sounds like an absolute nightmare. I'm already prone to anxiety, which is why I cut down the amount of caffeine I consume. The caffeine cramps/bowel twisting is brutal.

When I give up caffeine my digestion is way better. But without caffeine, my productivity is very poor.

It's like I have to make this tradeoff between, "do you want to be good, or do you want to be healthy?"

I have the exact same problem. Caffeine totally wreaks havoc on my system, but I love what it does for me.

I can't even get out of bed without 3 cups of coffee. I have a pretty horrible addiction. Without caffeine I get quite awful headaches. I really need to ease myself off of it, but it's kind of difficult considering the physical/mental effects I get without it.

No, but I have very low tolerance and have stayed up 36 hours without being able to fall asleep because of a couple Monster drinks. Although then I had the comedown and slept for 18 hours.

Stim free except on heavy peaking days (1 serving assault). Other than that I purposefully avoid ANY stims.

Caffeine, very seldom but regularly use a blend made up of an immunoglobulin concentrate (supposed to open up the spinal pathways), citicoline, DMAE bitartrate, DHA and a couple of other ingredients.

Amazon Prime has Primaforce ALCAR in bulk.

Caffeine, get from coffee, pills, Jack3d (which has its other stuff), etc.

Piracetam... amazon has some now, but this is a moving target.

Read up on ALCAR in the bb.com forums and such. Lots of people like it. Some prefer aniracetam to piracetam in their basic stacks. I just have a crapload of piracetam from when I bought a ton thinking it was gonna get banned by FDA (still not 100% sure where this stands... but it's not always easy to get hands on).

At some point I'm also going to try Choline CDP (Citicoline) as part of this. But I'm happy with what I have for now.

My stack:

DMAE
ALCAR / Alpha GPC
Piracetam

Not quite stimulant free, but down to 1 coffee a day.

This is a refreshing thread to read, because for a while now, I've been under the impression that if it wasn't for

SEO would be dead.

Did you know adderall was invented when a scientist realized that every time he ate an orange it perked him up and helped his focus? So they learned of a secret method to miniaturize oranges and began putting them in those gel caps by the hundreds.

Science is amazing stuff.

I know it's cheesey, but for me, exercise and fitness really do help my energy levels and productivity.

I was sidelined from the gym, running, and playing sports for the past few months because of a non-surgical sports hernia (that shit sucks yo), and I noticed a massive decline in my energy and productivity (of course stimulants would help).

Now that I'm finally able to get back to running, gym, etc... I've noticed that I need coffee less and less to feel energized, motivated, and productive.

Still though, gotta love the odd ritalin fueled all nighters when need be :)

My daily habits for energy:

Sleep 6.5 hrs a night
25 minute power nap at 2pm
20 minute meditation in the morning
Exercise daily. Gym 5 days a week, running in the offdays.
I eat extremely clean. Seriously like chicken breasts, sweet potato, brown rice, broccoli, etc.

For caffeine I drink about 2-3 cups of green tea a day, no soda or coffee.
