Anybody on the netpartner network?

Anybody on the netpartner affiliate network and know how they payout? I've read their payout publisher terms but I don't understand it well how and when they payout exactly when I choose a bank wire payment option..

Anyone can clarify me this? I already sent them an email but it seems they are not really responsive
