Anymore services like SGW?

I know that Grind stopped doing SGW but is there anyone else doing a similar service? Maybe one that would also setup the parasite site and 301? The SGW service is ahead of its time.

I got a nice cocktail that's gotten serious short term results, but it's combination of things. It's still in Beta, there are serious players that are doing things, that aren't necessarily advertised in BST, if you get my drift.
